A Very Warm Welcome To Kirkcudbright Golf Club
Founded in 1893 on the slopes on the East side of the River Dee, the course has been developed over the years into a well established, challenging, yet panoramic 18 holes with full facilities available to both members and visitors.
Located on the Southern edge of the well known and popular Artists’ Town of Kirkcudbright, the course has magnificent views of the town, the River Dee and the Galloway Hills. The Club is just ½ hour driving time from Dumfries, one hour from the M6/74 corridor to the East and to the West lies the Irish ferry terminals at Stranraer – again just under an hour’s drive away.
The course offers players of all ages and handicaps a fine round of golf – it has recently been rated in the top 10 courses in the region and you can read an independent review here – and for those who wish, buggies are also available. A well-appointed Clubhouse offers all modern facilities and you can use the lounge to sit back, relax and discuss the finer points of your round over a hot drink or a cold beer.
We can also offer special rates for guests staying at recommended accommodations.
For any more specific details please contact the Club using the “Contact Us” page.
